At Artistic Tile, we strive to ensure your design project is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, full-box tile and stone products. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or your dedicated sales representative within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage your items in their original, unopened boxes and secure them on a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the RMA label to the exterior of your shipment and send it to our central distribution center via a traceable freight carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned material to ensure it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
